How to Deal with Food Peer Pressure During the Holidays
The holiday season tends to bring food to the center of attention with holiday parties, work potlucks, gatherings with friends, and family which can lead to peer pressure around food.
Whether the pressure is to over indulge and eat all the food and treats or to “feel guilty” if you eat too much with everyone complaining about needing to go on a diet after the holidays, the peer pressure and anxieties around food can be at an all time high.
