How are Your New Year’s Health Resolutions Starting Out this Year?

How many of you have already given up or are on the brink of giving up your New Year’s resolutions for the year? 

The new year is a great time to reset and plan what we want achieve in the year to come. Unfortunately, especially when it comes to health goals, many of us fall prey to the endless cycle of creating extreme, unsustainable goals or creating one intense 30 day goal with no opportunity to sustain the goal that will actually help you achieve your lifelong health goals and changes. This cycle of creating the same health goals year in and year out as resolutions and hoping we achieve a sustainable result can leave us feeling defeated & unmotivated.
