This week we have some great tips to help you develop increased mindful awareness for your eating and determine the difference between physical and emotional hunger and fullness. 

Taking the tips in the video into consideration can help determine if physical/emotional hunger or fullness is occurring and how to respond, whether with a balanced meal/snack or with a non food emotional coping tool. 

It can take time to retrain our body to provide us with appropriate signals if we have been engaging in disordered or “diet-y” eating behaviors, but the better awareness we have of our body’s signals the better choices we can make around fueling our body without the “strictness” or restriction of a diet or meal plan in the long run!
