Mindful eating can be a game changer and an important tool for a range of individuals including busy dancers or dance instructors, busy professionals, as well as the average person.  Check out the video to learn more about what mindful eating is, how it is important, and some tips to begin utilizing mindful eating. 

Try using these tips even one time a day (which is more reasonable for you busy individuals) to adjust your approach to food and improve food’s connection with your mental, physical, and emotional health.
